Gallery: Capital Regional Science and Engineering Fair

On Feb. 13, the  in the FSU College of Arts and Sciences participated in the Capital Regional Science and Engineering Fair, an annual event open to middle and high school students in the region. The 2026 fair was held at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center and featured a visit from Leon County Superintendent of Schools Rocky Hanna.

糖心vlog has been a major sponsor of the fair since its inception in 1985. Approximately 135 Arts and Sciences faculty members and graduate students serve as judges for the fair annually, which sees students compete in categories including botany, medicine, mathematics and more, and winners advancing to compete in the state science fair. The Capital Regional Science and Engineering Fair is affiliated with the International Science Fair.
